Consent to Personal Data Processing

By ticking the consent checkbox and submitting a form on the site, I freely, by my own will and in my own interest consent to the processing of my personal data by the operator: «Russian Web Technologies» ЖШС, OGRN 1257700553967, TIN 9724233790, KPP 772401001, registered address: 216-кеңсе, 1-ғимарат, Муса Джалил көшесі, 5, Мәскеу, 115580, Ресей (the “Operator”).
I am identified by the data I enter into the form. This consent is a standalone document covering the actions below.
1. Personal data covered
- name; phone; email;
- selected service, budget, timeline, project comment;
- technical data: IP address, cookies, browser and device information.
2. Purposes
- receiving and handling the request, feedback;
- preparing a proposal, contract and related correspondence;
- abuse prevention and site improvement.
3. Actions and processing methods
Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, update, use, transfer (provision, access) to the persons in clause 4, anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction. Processing is mixed (with and without automation).
4. Processors
Processing may be entrusted to: Yandex LLC (web analytics, servers in Russia) and the hosting provider with infrastructure in Russia. No cross-border transfer is performed.
5. Validity and withdrawal
The consent is valid until the purposes are achieved or until it is withdrawn. To withdraw, send an email to info@marussia.studio. Upon withdrawal the Operator stops processing and destroys the data unless retention is required by law.
6. Confirmation
I confirm that I have read the Personal Data Processing Policy, the data I provided is accurate, and the consent is given freely and knowingly.
